Every game matters that much more as all eyes turn to the race for the Elite 8 and seeding in the Large and Small School tournaments.
Several players below continued their strong seasons, coming through in the clutch for their teams. Meanwhile, others stepped up in key moments to lift their squads.

So, who stood out in the NEPSAC from Feb. 5-11?

Faith Steiner
Austin Prep, Class of 2025, F, right shot, 5-5
Hometown: Burlington, Mass.
NCAA: SUNY Plattsburgh
The productive senior was just that in two games for AP last week, finishing with five points. She had two assists in a 4-0 win over Kents Hill before factoring in on all three of her team's goals in a 5-3 loss to Worcester Academy. She had two goals and an assist.
Biotti came up big in the latter two victories of a three-win week for BB&N. She had three points with a goal and two helpers in a 4-1 win over Milton Academy. The senior Harvard commit came through with a pair of goals in a 3-2 win over Phillips Exeter on Saturday. She opened the scoring in the first before scoring the game-winner early in the third.
Weyerhaeuser had five points across BB&N's first two wins of the past week. She had three points, finishing with a goal and two assists, in a 4-0 shutout of Governor's. The senior Yale commit followed it up with two assists in the win over Milton.
Desrosiers was excellent in three starts for Brewster last week, posting a .971 save percentage. The senior Alvernia commit started things off with 28 saves in a 2-2 draw with KUA last Wednesday. She turned aside 40 of 41 shots in a 1-1 tie with Vermont Academy on Saturday, and she capped things off with a 34-save shutout of Berwick on Monday.
Sofia Cuozzo
Frederick Gunn, 5/30/2006, F, right shot, 5-6
Hometown: Guilford, Conn.
Cuozzo led the way in Frederick Gunn's 6-2 win over Hoosac on Saturday. The senior notched a hat trick to match her career-high for goals (11).
Tina Scalese
Groton, 1/17/2008, F, right shot, 5-3 Hometown: West Boylston, Mass. NCAA: Princeton
Scalese was a major factor in a pair of wins for Groton last week, finishing with six points. She had two assists in a 4-0 win against Middlesex before she had a hand in all four goals in a shutout of Lawrence Academy. The junior Princeton commit had a hat trick and an assist in the win.
Scalese's partner in crime on the Zebras' top line was just as productive in Groton's two wins. She scored twice in the win over Middlesex on Wednesday before adding a goal and two assists versus Lawrence on Friday, making for five points in two games.
Holderness, Class of 2026, G, catches left, 5-6
Hometown: Quebec City, Quebec
Assoume was a force in the Bulls' 3-1 win over North Yarmouth Academy. The junior was busy all game and got it done, turning aside 44 of 45 shots.
Nikki Ferraro
Hotchkiss, 10/10/2006, G, catches left, 5-4 Hometown: New Canaan, Conn.
Ferraro was busy as ever in Hotchkiss' 2-0 loss to Hill School last Friday. She turned aside 59 of 60 shots, keeping her team in it until the end.
McKenna Dockery
Kimball Union, Class of 2025, F, right shot Hometown: Boxford, Mass.
Dockery's big senior season continued with five assists in three games for KUA last week. She had an assist in a 2-2 tie with Brewster before adding three helpers in a 6-3 loss to Governor's. Dockery also assisted in a 2-1 loss to Proctor.
Easton Pramuka
Loomis Chaffee, 7/20/2008, F, left shot, 5-4
Hometown: Palm Springs, Calif.
The sophomore was at the forefront of Loomis' 10-goal explosion in a shutout of Frederick Gunn last Wednesday. She led the way with four points, posting two goals and two assists. It helped her match her point total from her freshman season (12).
Nobles, 06/2009, F, left shot, 5-3
Hometown: Foxboro, Mass.
The freshman's stellar season continued last week with nine points in four games, putting up at least two points in each contest. Georgantas scored both goals in a 2-1 win over St. George's before adding a pair of assists in a 4-1 win over Cushing and in a 5-0 win over Brooks. She followed it up with a three-point night, including a goal, in a 4-2 win over Rivers on Monday.
Brown didn't get on the board in Nobles' win against St. George's but came on strong to close the week, finishing with eight points in three games. She had a goal and an assist against Cushing before scoring a pair and adding an assist against Brooks. The senior Amherst College commit capped things off with a goal and two helpers against Rivers.
MacCurtain had eight points in four games for Nobles over the past week. The senior Northeastern commit had an assist versus St. George's and two helpers against Cushing. She added a goal and an assist against Brooks before coming through with a goal and two assists versus Rivers.
Maggie Averill
Phillips Andover, 9/9/2008, D, right shot, 5-11 Hometown: Wayland, Mass.
Averill was a force in the Big Blue's 5-2 win over Tabor last Wednesday. The sophomore had four points, finishing with two goals and two assists.
St. Mark’s, 2/18/2007, G catches left, 5-5
Hometown: Walpole, Mass.
NCAA: Boston University
The senior faced a heavy shot volume in a 3-1 loss to Tabor but still managed to give her team a chance. Wright turned aside 54 of 57 shots in the effort.
Paige McPhee
St. Paul's, 2008, G, catches left, 5-5
Hometown: Hammonds Plains, Nova Scotia
McPhee had a .935 save percentage in two appearances for St. Paul's last week. She made 12 saves on 13 shots in relief in a loss to Deerfield before coming up big in an upset of Thayer. The sophomore made 31 saves for the 4-2 win on the road.
McGathey had a hand in all five goals in Thayer's 5-1 win over Brooks last Wednesday. The senior Harvard commit put up two goals and three assists. It was enough to hit the 100-goal mark for her prep career.
